Welcome to my website! I’m Eli Sooker, a writer, conservationist and wildlife photographer with a passion for traveling and the great outdoors. I come from New Zealand, currently live in Japan, and have visited countries in Europe, Asia, the Pacific and Africa.
My personal mission is to connect people and nature back together again. Also, to re-connect people to ourselves and to each other.
One way I’m attempting to achieve this is by sharing my experiences with nature and people from across the world, via this blog, various publications (see below) and my social media accounts.
I work as a wildlife conservationist and nature tour guide, but I’m always looking for freelance work and different opportunities.
